"H.R. 963, the 'Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act' or the 'FAIR Act,' protects the rights of everyday consumers, workers, and small businesses by prohibiting the enforcement of forced arbitration clauses in consumer, labor, antitrust, and civil rights disputes.
