"H.R. 3942, the 'Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act,' seeks to address a growing threat to the health of our young people-the use of e-cigarettes, which can be purchased by minors over the Internet, with little to no regulation.

This year, that consultation has yet to occur.

Washington, D.C. –Today, the State Department provided a Report to Congress regarding the Administration's Proposed Refugee Admissions for Fiscal Year 2020. The report proposes an abysmal refugee admissions ceiling of 18,000 for the coming fiscal year. Additionally, President Trump issued an Executive Order titled "Enhancing State and Local Involvement in Refugee Resettlement," which would allow states and localities to decline to accept refugees into their communities.
