Washington, D.C. – On Friday, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York ordered the Trump Administration to fully restore Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).As of today, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is accepting new initial and advance parole applications and extending protection terms from one to two years for all applicants.

"Mr. Speaker, I am proud to have introduced H.R. 3884, the 'Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act of 2020,' or the 'MORE Act of 2020.'

Washington, D.C. – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 3884, the bipartisan Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act of 2020, one of the most comprehensive marijuana reform bills ever introduced in the U.S. Congress. The MORE Act was introduced by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY). U.S. Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) introduced the companion bill in the Senate.
