Today, House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) delivered the following floor statement in support of H.R. 5447, the Music Modernization Act:

"Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I rise in support of the Music Modernization Act. I am proud to partner with Chairman Goodlatte on this comprehensive bill intended to resolve some longstanding inequities and inefficiencies in the music marketplace. The bill passed out of the Judiciary Committee 32-0.

Today, Democratic Members of the House Committee on the Judiciary and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform conducted an interview with Christopher Wylie, a Cambridge Analytica whistleblower who revealed that the firm-which the Trump Campaign used to target voters in the 2016 Presidential election-acquired and misused the personal information of millions of U.S. Facebook users.

Today, House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) released the following statement on memos written by former FBI Director James Comey, that the Judiciary Committee received from the Justice Department yesterday:

"The release of these memos-under threat of subpoena by the Majority-has accomplished little other than corroborating Mr. Comey's previous testimony. President Trump asked Comey to see his way to 'letting this Flynn [investigation] go,' 'needed loyalty and expected loyalty,' and wanted to 'lift the cloud' of the Russian investigation.
