Washington, D.C. – Today, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) and United States Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) introduced the Consumer Bankruptcy Reform Act of 2020, bicameral legislation to simplify and modernize the consumer bankruptcy system to make it easier for individuals and families forced into bankruptcy to get back on their feet.

Washington, D.C. –Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 3884, the Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act, by a vote of 228-164.The MORE Act, introduced by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), is one of the most comprehensive marijuana reforms bills ever to be introduced in the U.S. Congress, reported favorably out of the House Judiciary Committee, and passed by the House of Representatives.

Washington, D.C. – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 3884, the bipartisan Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act of 2020, one of the most comprehensive marijuana reform bills ever introduced in the U.S. Congress. The MORE Act was introduced by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY). U.S. Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) introduced the companion bill in the Senate.
