Today, House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) issued a subpoena for the full Mueller report and underlying evidence related to the Special Counsel's investigation.

Below is a statement from Chairman Nadler, and a copy of the subpoena can be found here:

"I have issued a subpoena to the Department of Justice for the full version of the Mueller report and the underlying evidence. The Department is required to comply with that subpoena by May 1.

Washington, D.C. – Today, top House and Senate Democrats sent a letter to Attorney General William Barr rejecting his limited offer to view a less-redacted version of Special Counsel Mueller's report. The proposal would only allow twelve Members of Congress to view a less-redacted version of the report in person and would not permit them to discuss it with other Members of Congress who all have top security clearances.
