Internships

Due to the large volume of applicants we receive, only those applicants who are offered interviews will be contacted by the Committee. Thank you.

The Committee on the Judiciary’s Democratic staff internship program offers undergraduate and law students, as well as recent graduates, an opportunity to experience the operation of a congressional committee firsthand and learn about the important role that House committees play in the legislative process.  The Judiciary Committee has jurisdiction over a wide range of legislative and oversight issues which include constitutional amendments, litigation reform, patent and trademark law, federal criminal law, federal civil rights law, homeland security, immigration and naturalization, and antitrust.
