FRIDAY IN COLORADO: House Judiciary to Hold Subcommittee Field Hearing in Boulder on Role of Competitors in the Digital Economy

Boulder, C.O. – On Friday, January 17th at 10 AM, the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law will hold a field hearing in Boulder, CO to examine the state of competition in the digital marketplace. The hearing, entitled Online Platforms and Market Power, Part 5: Competitors in the Digital Economy, is the fifth hearing in the Subcommittee's series on dominant platforms. The Subcommittee will hear from top executives of companies with concerns about the rise of market power and anticompetitive conduct online. This hearing will take place in the Wittemyer Courtroom at the University of Colorado Law School.
